About Kanyusha

Kanyusha is a small private after-school care program in Minami-Azabu. We offer premium bilingual afterschool care services to working parents and their children K5 to 12 years old.

- After-School Care Program
- School Release Day Program
- Summer Program

At Kanyusha, we strive to make it a home where you and your children feel cozy and accountable to rely on in Japan.

Kanyusha was founded in September, 2006 by Marie Yoshikawa in hope to support working mother's advancement by offering longer and enriched childcare for kindergarden and elementary school children.

Our quality environment allows children to feel at home. Daily menu is planned by dietitian and our private chef makes homemade snack and dinner everyday in the kitchen. Snack is provided around 3:00pm and dinner starts at 6:00pm. Children may take bath after dinner.  [our food]

Study period is from 5:00pm and we ensure children finish their homework before they go home.

We do laundries if any.

When you pick up your child, you are ready to enjoy family time at home since your child will have his/her homework homework finished, eaten dinner and taken bath. If you will be late, we will put him/her in our bed at 8:30pm.

Japanese calligraphy (Shuji) lessons are offered twice a month. We occasionally invite some instructors. We take children out to parks, shopping, and library regulary and to zoo, museums and many interesting places when there is no school. However, we try not to make it too structured. After a long day of school, we believe children deserve to get life and be in unstructured environment.

Drop off/pick up services to/from schools and lessons are available at a charge.
